Yes.  Our website employs a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate to encrypt and protect the data you send to us over the internet.  Your browsing and checkout experience is protected by 128-SSL software, which you can verify by seeing a lock icon in the address bar.  All credit card transactions for Tres Jolee orders are processed via PayPal, which is protected by Extended Validation (EV) SSL.  Obtaining an EV SSL certificate requires full organization validation and can be verified by the green address bar as a trusted and secure environment to complete your online payments.

All the information you share with us is kept private and confidential.  We do not sell, trade nor share your personal information to third parties without your consent.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

You do not need to create an account to place an order; however we recommend that you create an account to enjoy the benefits of managing and tracking your order.

WHERE DOES TRES JOLEE DELIVER TO??

We are happy to deliver your shoes to any physical address in the world as long as there are no payment or delivery restrictions.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER??

It’s so easy!  Just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Shop page and browse all available styles.
  2. Select the shoe you wish to purchase
  3. Choose the color. Choose the size.
  4. Click ADD TO CART.
  5. Review your SHOPPING CART by clicking on the subtotal in the top right corner.
  6. You may amend your orders by adding or removing products and/or applying a coupon code for promotions.
  7. Complete your purchase by clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  8. Have your credit card ready as you are redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction.
  9. Check your email for order confirmation after you finish placing an order.
  10. Sit back, relax and wait for your gorgeous shoes to arrive!
WHAT SHOE SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE??

Tres Jolee shoes are made accordingly to Italian sizing.  Please refer to our Size Guide for further details.  If you are still not confident about the perfect size to purchase, please contact us for expert advice.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED??

Orders cannot be modified after it has been placed and/or processed.  If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately for assistance.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DOES TRES JOLEE ACCEPT??

Our payment gateway is PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, American Express and China UnionPay credit cards.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL BE CHARGED??

All our prices are published in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and will be charged in this currency.

HOW CAN I RETURN/REFUND MY PURCHASE??

You can submit your item for a return and refund request within 14 days of purchase.  The item sent back for refund should be in perfect, unused, unmarked and undamaged conditions and in the original shoebox it was delivered in.  We do not accept exchanges at this point, but will issue a full refund if the item returned is in perfect condition.
